Since you asked for everyone else's opinion, I'll put my two cents in!

We use Rembrant and are really happy with the results. BUT! When your teeth get sensitive, Colgate Prevadent is a really wonderful toothpaste!
It is a prescription, super-high-flouride toothpaste. (About $13 at CVS Pharmacy)
When I got braces I started grinding my teeth at night when the back teeth didn't meet, causing the enamel to wear away and causing sensitivity to the point that I couldn't eat anything even remotely sweet or cold/hot! After just a few days my teeth were so much better, and it seems to help MAJORLY with cavities!

My dentist (not orthodontist) said that it helps to seal the enamel back up. You don't use it for more than a week or two at a time, but I have had absolutely NO cavities since I've started using it! And if you whiten your teeth a lot, use this afterward and you won't get the usual sensitivity that some people get when using whitening trays!
Have a great day!
Dawnmarie
