Everytime this comes up I have to mention the glow in the dark ligs. That's what I've used for almost every adjustment for the 15 months I've been in braces. They are super stain resistant. And the cool bonus is that they glow in the dark! I don't get them for that purpose so I forget that they do pretty often. But one night, my boyfriend turned off the light, rolled over to me and I smiled... shocker! LOL! I'd never told him my braces glowed (I forgot). He said all he could see was a line of glowing circles... really cute and it had some.... interesting effects on him. BUT that's not the point, the point is that the GLOW ligatures are clear, more naturally tooth colored than the "tooth colored" ligs and they are really hard to stain. I love them (and so do my kids).
