I've only had braces for 2 days now :) My sister told me a little trick, espeically when you can't make it to the restroom to brush after eating. She said make a suction with your tounge in your mouth, and most of the food comes out and braces look clean. It works!!!!

This is what I find most annoying is eating with braces, food gets trapped everwhere.
