You already have a bridge on there that needs replacement. Do you have the start of a periodontal defect from tilted abutments? If yes then uprighting will def help you out. There are many ways to upright. THere are appliances that can go in that quadrant. SOmetimes you need to bracket the lower arch. There may be some things that can be corrected with this method -rotations, in and out descrepancies and the like.
