I've had my 'full' braces for three months, but had the top back on for over a year... there are times when I wish I didn't have them, which is mainly due to wanting a nice juicy steak to chomp into and enjoy, rather than slice up and swallow without chewing.. lol What keeps me going is watching the progression of all the movement, as mine are moving and shifting *big time*.
You didn't mention if your braces have moved your teeth at all... can you see the changes? You must be having a very odd 'down day' because you are usually so *up* and supportive of others. Chin up Capn'....you'll make it through. :o)
