I have a huge overbite of 15 millimetres and had 2 teeth removed to begin to start moving my teeth back and already feel that i can get my lips over my teeth and without too much of a stretch. I reckon that if the braces weren't there i could just about get my lips closed for the first time in nearly 40 years but maybe i've just got wishful thinking. Once you start seeing that things are happening it makes the uncomfortableness worth it. Good luck.
