I went with the metal. I think my teeth look cleaner. I had ceramic the first time and did not like the dirty gunky look. The food that gets caught stands out even more.Even if I get food on them, it is hard to notice. People tend to stare less at my mouth. One quick look - braces. I also find that some guys like them. It has re-kindled my dating life. I am OK with that. Afer all, I wear dresses and make up to get things happening.
