Hi there, wow what a response from everyone! My ortho reshaped the top of my lower teeth where they had worn unevenly. Unfortunately also where they were so uneven and had worn that way, when they straightened I have small black triangle business going on with the lowers (you can't see that from the picture) I know that with slenderizing etc they can be eradicated, but I am happy with the results as they are. My only gripe is with small gaps that have opened up where I had my extractions, about 1mm on one side and about 2mm on the other. My ortho assures me they will eventually go on their own as all the teeth settle. I will give him the benefit of the doubt until my follow up appointment with him in January.
