One of my brackets came loose last night! I didn't eat anything but soup yesterday so I know it wasn't food that did it. The only thing I can figure is that it happened while I was brushing. Does this happen often? Now I'm scared that every time I brush my teeth I'm going to dislodge a bracket and not notice it and my teeth are going to get all funky then. I know, that's really paranoid! But seriously, is there something I should be doing differently to avoid this or is this something that just happens?
