The brackets dont stain, its the ligs that do.

I have upper ceramics. I had Indian food on Wednesday night, really enjoying it knowing full well that my adjustment was scheduled for Friday afternoon. Other than bearing through Thursday sporting bright yellow ligatures, I got them changed today and they are back to clear!

Eat Indian food, but I recommend fitting it in as close to your adjustment period as possible. Or when you're off the tie wires, go for the pearlecent or smoke color ligs which many on this board say stain the least.
