Good for you in that you're almost done now! Honestly, I would wait the extra 6 days so I could get the retainers right away. I wouldn't think your ortho would do anything to jeopardize the final result in way. So, I'm not sure it really matters, but for my own peace of mind I would just wait the extra few days so I wouldn't worry if my teeth were moving. I know from my last experience when they removed the wire tie on the bottom front tooth and how quickly it rotated back, I wouldn't risk that for anything. Post a photo when you're done. congrats for making it the whole way. You're almost there! SMILE!! mary
