I personally love how porcelain veneers look. I'd get them, but I would also be very scared about the tooth structure loss in order to have them applied.

If you can afford them, I think you should get them. They look great and don't stain much.

Even with caps, there will still tooth structure loss.

If all else fails, get the gum improvements and bonding. Bonding doesn't require as much tooth structure loss, and the gums make up such an important aspect of your smile. But bonding doesn't last as long and stains strangely.

And definitely get your teeth whitened before you have caps/bonding/veneers.
