Large adenoids and tonsils have an adverse effect on the growth of your face. Often time large adenoids lead to post cross bites and underdeveloped lower jaws.

WIth large tonils you often get a protruding lower jaw and an open bite.

If you have both look out.

This occurs since the body will do whatever it can to improve the airway volume.

I often recommend tonsial and adenoid removal esp on children.
