Both bonding and Veneers are good. If it is just a small section of one tooth bonding is probably easier. It is very difficult to match 1 tooth to a veneer (and bonding sometimes) That is why multiple veneers (or bondong) are often done.

Defintely whiten first wnatever you choose.
