I went to my Ortho today and got the good news that my teeth are "perfect"! My retainers are going to be the "positioners". How difficult are those to wear since it's just one piece? I was a bit nervous when I first found out about it. They told me I will have to wear them 24/7 for the first week, then after that only 4 hours a day plus when I'm sleeping.
