My ortho did the day i got my top braces on. My 2 front teeth were longer than the others and had ridges on them. He shaped them and omg it looks sooooo much better, so glad that he did it. and im thinking that once i get my braces off he will do it to my bottom teeth also. Oh and i never asked 4 this, he just said were gonna do this b4 the braces go on, im liek ok have at it...lol=)
