Your teeth have a major influence on your lips.

I've noticed that my upper lip has become fuller since beginning ortho treatment.

It is entirely possible that your teeth are causing your lips to protrude out, and it could very well be reduced with your ortho treatment.

There was someone else here who had an uneven smile, and after a little while in braces, she realized the unevenness is gone.

Good luck.
