Some say the ceramic braces are "a bit" larger than the metal ones. I went all metal, who wants the bulkier look. The ortho said he prefers working with the metal over ceramic only I can't remember why. Perhaps Dr. Rick can elaborate on the pros and cons of each in treatment.
