I ususally go to Chinese restaurant for lunch. Wonton soup, fried rice (not steamed) and chicken do not require much chewing and do not stick to braces a lot. Appetizers such as chicken fingers, chicken wings and potato skins are good too. If I go to Italian restaurant, I order tortelini or ravioli with beef or chicken (not cheese). Ravioli and tortelini are not stringy as other types of pasta. When eating in public places, my advise is to stay away from noodles, melted cheese, bread and sticky rice.
