I was out to dinner with friends last night and had a nice dish of penne pasta. Pasta shells are good too - compact and easily chewable. Fish is also a good choice. Anything is manageable as long as you cut it into small pieces and fork it in towards the back of your mouth.

The two things I learned the hard way to stay away from in public include: pizza and mashed potatoes. Also, stay away from anything that has lots of sauces. Those herbs get stuck and only flossing gets them out.

And never go anywhere without your DentaKit :)
