I have "Direct Reimbursement" through my husband's work. It pays 70% of mine. I pay $34.50 a month and the insurance pays $80.50. They also pay 100% of the preventative stuff and paid 100% for my extraction (baby tooth). Some policies pay nothing for adults in braces so be careful. My policy at work is state merit insurance (Georgia) and they pay 0 on adults.
