I'm impatient too...its been 3 1/2 weeks and I haven't noticed anything visually, only that my bite feels "off". In my front teeth one tooth is behind two teeth and has to come forward and one tooth is in front of two teeth and it has to go backward...I am watching it everyday to see something. It can be obsessive.
