Now the insides of my cheeks are getting cut up by the inside brackets and it hurts!!!!! I can't even talk without wincing, and waking up is the worst! And brushing in the morning hurts too! AND washing my face in the morning hurts it hurts to touch the areas where my braces are underneath! What can I do to help relieve the pain of scratched up cheeks? The pain never stops!
