Get some wax and gob it all over the brackets that are causing the irritation just before you go to sleep. I had the same problem at night because my cheeks mash into the brackests while I sleep. Wax fixed the problems for me. Go to the chemist and get some mouth rinse like Savacol or whatever you use in your country to help your ripped up cheeks heal. I hear warm salt water also helps things heal..
