Here's my standard answer for canker sore help. The Colgate Sooth-N-Seal truly worked wonders. Give it a try. Also, to reduce the number and size of any future canker sores limit your sugar/corn syrup intake. Don't know why it works but I used to get cankers constantly even before I got braces. Once I seriously cut back on the sugar/corn syrup stuff those nasty little things pretty much disappeared. I have had only a couple since I got my braces and they stayed small and went away in a few days. They used to get as big as dimes and would take 10-14 days the clear up.
