I don't know about that site - It looks a little sus to me.
The author actually writes "Codeine is a _excellent_ opiate to start experimenting with." he is giving advise on how to get high from the stuff!! Not a great source for facts IMHO.

For a better understanding.

Codiene is related to morphine but has a different molecular weight and is a different drug. Almost impossible to get addicted to the ammount found in our OTC headache pills.

Kills a toothache pretty well though %)
