 Hi i got my metal braces today and the ligatures are a white color....i didnt get colored ones.The dentist told me that these could stain my teeth if i eat mustard or anything like that .....Im afraid to stain my teeth so im like obsessive of brushing everytime i eat .any advice on stuff i can eat that wont stain my teeth.i have red jello and pudding but wouldnt the red jello stain my teeth too??? Please help i need advice bad....
