 I got so used to brushing/flossing that my mind would wander! I had to set a timer for brushing and work the flossing in a predetermined pattern so if I "woke up" during, I would know where I had been! It's a bother, but you do get used to it. Now I am bracefree, I love to brush--and look at my new teeth in the mirror--and flossing is so easy, I do it each time cheerfully! Hang in there!
