Well done for starting to use your headgear - keep it up.

Don't worry about what ANYONE says - because at the end of the day it will be you with the beautiful teeth and smile - just bear with it.

I prefer to hear that you've endured 6 months (or however long you need to wear them), with full 18+ hour headgear attention, than a whole year because you didn't listen to the ortho because you were too embarrased to wear it.

I'm sure that as you're beginning to wear it now, you'll get uysed to it in no time, and by the time the Fall arrives, you'll be confident enough to wear it with pride. Believe me, some people may not say anything or may make silly comments, but dead down they are proud of you for going through this, and I'm sure that THEIR teeth need as much, if not more attention, but they are not strong and confident enough to do it.
