 I got my braces today!

I got the clear brackets for most of the front. I didn't even want to look in the mirror at the dentist office, I wanted til I got back in the car. UGH!

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would look, I guess because I got the clear brackets. The wires are bent weird because of my teeth but the ortho said the wire would straighten once the teeth started moving.

I think the biggest gripe I have it the FEELING! First of all, it just feels WIERD having the braces on. It's a hassle just to close my lips and when I do it feels and looks weird. NOW a couple of hours later I can feel the pressure its sooooo annoying. Especially my bottom teeth! It feels as if they are closing together and are going to explode AHHHHHHH.

I just hate how they feel, like my lips are being pushed out.
Will I ever get used to how they feel? I am soooo uncomfortable. I HATE THIS!

When I talk I look like I talk wierd. Its just so DIFFERENT!
Thankfully when you're like 3 feet away you can't see the braces really. I just want this to be over as soon as possible or atleast FEEL normal soon.
I have my birthday party this weekend and now everyone will see me AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
