 Hey Mike! It's actually really frustrating when people say they saw movement in the first week, or even month, and I didn't feel like I saw any. I've had braces on 5 weeks, just had my first adjustment today. I wouldn't have said there was hardly any movement though. At the adjustment, when they took the wire off, they let me brush and floss. When I flossed, I could definately tell there was more space where they used to be real tight crowding, so they are working, even if you don't notice it!
