DOnt worry too much.

I had a pt with a large amount of Resorption and she never even had ortho. I treated her in 6 months and she had no further resprption.

They are prob just going to inform you that it is more common when you have previous resorption and tell yuou that they might have to monitor things by x-ray more frequently.
