It sure sounds that you are in that "I'm paying for it so you listen to me syndrome" That's tough, but they do pay the bill! What I don"t understand from your description is that you state that your one headgear fits both the top and bottom molars at the same time. That would mean that the inner bow has two arms on each side emerging like a V where the outer bow and the inner bow are soldered together just infront of the lips. It seems to me that it would be almost impossible to slip two ends into the molar tubes on the top and bottom at the same time and it would be imposible to open ones mouth.
