"Tough Man!" Boy, Marky, they really put you thru the ortho grinder, but your teeth look great! Thanks for taking the time to write out your ortho process. It interested me to read what you went thru since I am just at the beginning, and am only 6 weeks in braces. You didn't say anything about an expander on top so I assum you didn't have one, as I do to tip out the top teeth.

So far my ortho, a woman, has not uttered the term "crank it up" but she did put power chains on my lowers after shaving between 4 of them. And the expander on top is not my idea of a fun time. But all in perspective and I am looking at the result. Even if this doesn't work to correct my underbite, I am not willing to consider surgery. I have no jaw pain, etc. The ortho is quite confident that we can achieve the dual result of cross-bite correction and straightening. Sounds good to me, even if she has to "crank it up" later.

Best to you, Marky, on the completion of your treatment!
