I haven't been brave enough for that...yet.
I have self ligating brackets, so there are only 6 teeth to play with. I've been toying with the idea of letting my 5 year old pick the colors as her birthday present (she loves coming to adjustments with me).
I did wear some colored elastics, and got mixed reviews on those so I'm a bit leary.
I think if I had metal brackets, I would get colored ligs; but with the clear ones I'm still chicken!!! 99% of the time, I wouldn't even think of it, but when having a serious conversation with a doctor or a family member of a resident I would fear that their attention would be on my teeth, and not the issues at hand.
