I had my latest adjustment on Saturday and I have archwires sticking into my cheek. I remember the dental assistant telling me I can use nail clippers (new ones of course) to clip the extra archwire. How am I suppose to do that without clipping my cheek? Has anyone tried to clip their archwire themselves? How did you safely do it? Thanks!
