A lot of women had illegitimate children and nobody prosecuted them for that. One more thing: if the FBI followed Regina, they would have easily found that her husband never entered the USA and she fraud the birth certificate.

Furthermore Regina does not seem to me the

A dirty trick? A poor mother with two little children, left by their father without any support could do that just to survive. Regina had no choice, how can anybody judge her?
