Hi Tracy, thanks for the e-mail. You have your steering in the perfect place. Our tubes are between the steering shaft and the block and is designed for a rack installed just as you have it. EZ to install, has lot's of oil pan room and ground clearance. Kevin Gibsons car in our Customers Cars Photo's has that same header. Any tube size you need is no problem.
