I have a paper copy of the 1790 Washington County Census, I think it is Two Pages 176,Cornelius and 177 John, Charles are listed there. There is one other Queen but it is hard to read the first name. I need to find a better film if that is possible. I also think that Penn. and Virginia had a border dispute and both claimed the areas that are now the Upper parts of West Virginia, which may be why the work said to check the 1790 PA census.
