"Hau kola na takuye (Hello friends and relatives),
We finished the 2004 season with a 'Peace on Earth' concert in Kansas City that was absolutely fabulous. It was one of
those nights when, for a performer, everything was clicking. It was a beautiful, amazing and powerful musical, visual and
spiritual experience for all, myself included. I wish to thank my staff, sound and stage crew and all who lent a hand with the show, but most importantly, I want to thank those who attended the concert. The heartfelt sentiments each of you shared as I signed a CD or a book were felt deeply in my heart, and still are. I will always remember the 'Peace on Earth' concert in Kansas City, 2004, as a special, special show.
I am now back in the studio working on what should be an amazing CD. 2005 will kick off my 'Two-Hawks Signature
Tour', which promises to be fantastic. I am also collaborating on a children's book and audio CD with Joseph Marshall III, author of 'The Lakota Way' and 'The Journey of Crazy Horse'. So there are a few things in the ol Two-Hawks oven! I want to say a wopila (great thanks) to all of you who have supported my career in 2004 by coming to the concerts, buying the music there and at our websites, and for sharing the spirit of it all with those you know. You are the spirits that are surely making a difference in this world, and I am honored to know you as 'fans and friends'. For so many of you who have written asking when I would be coming to your area, perhaps 2005 will be the year! Til then, may Wakantanka encircle you with love and peace....
