FINALLY ! My SDSL modem went bad from overvoltages on the line. New modem on the way, work crews fixing the lines. Won't be much longer.

All the equipment is in and the lines have been repaired or so I'm told. The modem was missing a DB9 serial programming cable so I had to wait for that to arrive. Then the modem was passworded and I had to snail mail in a waiver to get them to send me the password so I could program the modem myself. What a fucking mission this has become. Hopefully it won't be much longer.
