LTC Beegle:

I served under your command in 69'-70' as a PFC, Spec 4 & Spec 5. I worked with Sgt. Shopshier(spelling?)evaluating the condition of equipment for proper disposition. I also was on the APC Crew "The Light of The Night. I was wounded in the B-40 Rocket attack in June 69 and was sent to Qui Nhon for surgery for frag wounds and on to Cam Ranh Bay for 2 weeks before returning to our Unit.

I can't remember most of the names of guys in the Unit. It would be great to get a company roster if possible. I have some photos that I would like to send you and maybe you can identify the guys. Please send me a e-mail and I will send you some of the photos I have.

After leaving Nam in Feb 70'. I went to Ft. Sill for the remainder of my service time and returned home and took a position with the U.S. Postal Service. I retired on January 3, 2005 and I'm remaining active in many service and civic organizations.

I am married and have one daughter who just had our first grandchild in May 2005. We are the proud grand parents of Isabella Marie.

It was great to read your message on the web site. We have been trying to get a reuion going for some time. I think the ideal time is to meet this year is at the "Welcome Home" event in Las Vegas from Nov 10 - 13.
