Ich würde die Phenos mit einem Mörser zu Pulver zerkleinern und dem Joghurt beimischen. Ich hab mal gehört, das die "Heavens-Gate"-Sekte es so gemacht haben soll (Selbstmord von ca. 40 Leuten vor ein paar Jahren). So einen Mörser sollte es eigentlich in Läden zu Laborbedarf zu kaufen geben.
