Hab kürzlich in der Uni-Medizinbibliothek gelesen, dass MCP schwach dosiert (also so wie auf der Packung angegeben, 10 bis 3o mg ) nur schwach gegen Erbrechen wirkt. Vor Chemotherapien werden Erwachsenen 140 mg MCP verabreicht und das wirke sehr gut gegen Uebelkeit. Bin medizinischer Laie, ist aber so im Buch gestanden.
