Huhu!

Letztens habe ich einen Diabetes Kranken Freund
gefragt ob er mir nicht eine von seinen Spritzen
schenkt, leider hat er das nicht gemacht da er weiss
das ich "Depressionen" hab.

Aber ich kann mir ja immer noch die M�he machen, und
nachts mit dem Auto in den Wald fahren und dann...

Ich habe eine soziale Phobie mit Depressionen, und ich
finde gerade das zweite "unheilbar". Egal was ich mache
Sport, Pillen, selbstgedrehte Zigaretten, sie kommnen immer wieder.

Wobei es mir klar ist, das ich mein leben nicht abh�ngig
von irgendwelchen Substanzen machen kann.

Darum sollte es beendet werden.
