It seems to me that your trying to come up with a away to satisfy your inate convictation that you are behaving erroniously. As was pointed out earlier, in the new covenant we are owned entirely by God if we have anything to do with him at all. Therefore, every cent in our possesion belongs to him. This does not only apply to money. But also time, opportunities, relationships and any and everything else. What is expected of us is not the careful observance of laws or hours spent finding loop holes around them, that is relying on ones own intellect. Instead, if we are to live the real christian life, we are required to submit and depend completely on Him. This is the purpose of the Holy Spirit, "to guide and lead you into all understanding". You sound like a Jehova's witness to me in the language you use. Forgive me if I am mistaken. But if I am correct, why don't we skip this small stuff and talk about the fact that you think Christ already returned in the 1930's but he was just invisible, or we can talk about the fact that you believe no one alive now is going to heaven, or the fact that you think Jesus is a god, but a lesser God than Jehova, or about the fact that you believe the Holy Spirit is impersonal and something like electricity. It is possible that the reason you take issue with such small things is that you have never experienced the really big ones.
