Once again I agree with the masses on this point, just like you Andy. Modular buildings look awful cosmetically and anybody that says otherwise are kidding themselves. So you won't find me going down the path of defending their attraction! What I am saying and which is in total agreement with what you've said before is that the estate has great potential, and we should make every effort to utilize its full worth.

The point I've been making is what we do have now is a base to build upon, and with it we should make sure that we put right all the wrongs. For example we are in the process of getting quotes for a roof and decorative exterior wall finish. Hopefully that will be the next stage once the current schedule of works is complete.

Let's not forget, we now have a far better structure within the club than at any stage in United's history. With that you'll find that the club wants to get things right even if they get them wrong first time out. I will endeavour to make sure that this club doesn't sit on its laurels, because as its number one fan, I don't want to wait another 20 odd years to see success.

At the end of the day if Skem is to make progress and build up a better fan base, it has to be aware of what people want. But yet again as I've said before we are going in the right direction, and the odd kick up the backside along the way is more than welcome.
