Im glad to see the old flood lights arnt making a return thats at least a little less of a corner cut.

I still cant say enough how much I dislike the styling at the minute and although its in ur words Zero debt there is a retorte to that.

You have to spend money to make money. The McDonalds was pre fabricated internally not externally. it was a conventional build with a prefab'ed kitchen area and a prefab'ed roof. and it looks very nice.

I have to admit I was hoping for something alot similar to the cricket club though Frank. Skem deserves something beautiful to look at and impressive. we want teams to arrive at the club and think.. "Wow this is nice" and although it will be spanking new for a short time it just doesnt have a "wow" factor frank not from what i can see anyways.

Im was not asking for whitemoss to be renovated it was poorly positioned (for todays skem) with poor transport links and no space for expansion.

But the building plot on that estate has alot of potential which skem must use to its full.
