I've missed 3 games in 8 or so years! I'm trying my best to get a website up and running, unfortunately the old grey matter isn't quite up to the job, but I'm trying to get some help. I've got all the pages in place, just haven't got a clue how to launch it! Back to 1978...look where Stanley are now. Conference soon I think. You say an ex skem supporter, throw me a few names from back then and I'll see if I can give you an update on them. I was 11 at the time, and I think Stan West was the Chairman. My Dad became Chairman later and my uncle followed him. Billy Croft (Mr Skem Utd) was still gracing the park a couple of season's ago, sadly he is in a nursing home these days, although Mabel his sister is still selling the programmes.
