Thanks John. As I said on Saturday, the only good thing to come out of the defeat from our point of view, was the fact that we lost to an honest & decent bunch of people.

You did indeed work very hard, and perhaps my disappointment overshadows that when conveying my match report.

My son & I had a great time, although my memory is a bit of a blear, somewhere between Scunthorpe & Cleethorpes on the train journey back.

Once again thanks for the warm hospitality you conveyed, as did your entire crew. (Including supporters) I left Winterton with fond memories despite defeat, but as you know it's not all about the football!

Best of luck in the Vase, and indeed for the rest of the season.
